Private Booking

This package was designed specifically to accommodate smaller events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, workshops, or even trade shows. With three hours of service from a trained and passionate barista, we include 150 drinks and can offer the option to add an assortment of pastries at an additional cost.

Our truckette is entirely self contained meaning we show up with our own reserve of treated water specifically for coffee, our grey water remains on board, and we have our own refrigeration for perishable dairy products that we use throughout an event. The only thing we need to start serving your guests is access to a pair of 120v power outlets!

Large Events

As a host or planner, we know that you’re always looking for the next best thing to make the event memorable to your guests. Coffee is a must for many people and we know all too well that when you need a coffee, you NEED a coffee.

With Hayloft Cafe’s on site setup, we bring the full service cafe right to you! Your guests will be able to remain at the event, soaking in everything you have to offer, without the interruption of needing to track down the closest place for a hot cup of joe.

Our team will setup and operate the same way a brick and mortar cafe would. So long as you have 5000+ guests expected to be in attendance, there will be no appearance fee and customers will simply be charged for their beverages at time of purchase through our wireless Point of Sale.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are Non-Refundable. Events cancelled within two weeks of booking date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Balance will be issued to customer in the form of credit to be applied towards future bookings.

Events cancelled outside of two weeks from the scheduled date of service may keep 100% of their existing invoice as credit towards a future booking.
